Details of the accident: He was working near an elevated area, and a concrete barrier fell from height on the worker, and he died on the spot.
Eye witness (Investigation): According to the three eye witnesses mentioned above, the barrier fell down because of loose soil, and the worker didn’t see it coming. Barrier directly hit his head, and he passed away at the spot.
